Sherman Fogel is a full-service Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution professional, providing mediation, arbitration and facilitation services, and regularly participating in ADR educational programs locally and nationally. His experience includes:
- More than 45 years representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation
- Arbitrated or mediated more than 1000 cases since 1974 in both the private and public sectors, including many large complex and multi-party disputes
- Served on state and national panels of neutrals in connection with class action dispute resolution
